I'm kind of new to forum life and am wondering what are the access levels for? Are they for how many karma you can give? (how can you give more then one karma?) Or are they for something different? Thanks for any help

Basically, this forum game is played so that the last person who post wins. The Post Domination Achievement is the title of being the last person to post. But, moderators and admins are disqualified from winning the Achievement, if they win by locking. If the thread is won by locking, the winner earns the title of Emperor of Epic Lameness.
